School Holiday Gym Program with Moving Kids Physio

Help your teen or young adult build strength, confidence and independence these school holidays! Move Strong is a physio-led, one-on-one program designed to help participants develop essential gym and exercise skills in a safe, supportive environment. Sessions are tailored to each person’s goals, abilities and support needs, making every step towards lifelong physical activity achievable and rewarding.

Move Strong gives participants the opportunity to exercise in a community gym environment with individual support from a physiotherapist.

NDIS funding accepted (Capacity Building / Improved Daily Living)

ONE-WEEK PROGRAM $1,057.95

  • 3 × 60-minute sessions

TWO-WEEK PROGRAM $1,931.91

  • 6 × 60-minute sessions

  • Personalised exercise program on completion

Why join Move Strong?

Move Strong is a 1:1 physiotherapist-led holiday program for teens and young adults aged 14+, designed to build strength, confidence and the skills for lifelong physical activity.

Sessions are individually tailored to each participant’s goals, abilities and support needs in a safe and supportive gym environment.

Participants will learn how to use gym equipment, exercise safely and build the skills and confidence to become more independent with physical activity.

No previous gym experience is required.

Who is it for?

  • Low muscle tone (hypotonia)

  • Developmental delay or disability

  • Neurological or genetic conditions

  • Strength, balance or coordination difficulties

  • Reduced fitness or endurance

  • Difficulty accessing or participating in mainstream exercise independently
